This summer we also developed a new case for Signature Needle Arts for their DPNs. You can find them here.
These cases are a bit smaller than the stock cases we sell in our Etsy Shop. We reinforce the bottom of each needle slot to protect the stiletto tips and the slots are sized to exactly hold the size dpns carried by Signature Needle Arts.
Which one do you like best?
Today I will start to play catch up on the blog. You know that feeling when you have put off something and the longer you delay the harder it is to get started and the more you dread the task? Yeah, it's like that.
Black Sheep Gathering was at the end of June in Eugene, Oregon. Not very far - only a 2 hour drive. My opportunity to share booth space at Black Sheep came up fairly last minute so we really had to scramble, and it is a fun venue and event. I'll admit my haul from shopping was pretty pathetic and not picture worthy so I'll skip that this time. I found a jacket made from a reclaimed vintage kimono, a Black Sheep Gathering tank top, and a wool ball for the cats to play with. No yarn, no spindles or fiber or fleece.
The best part of the show is always the people. I got to see new and previous customers, lots of friends, and meet new vendors. Pictures? Didn't happen.
But I did get to visit with the nice folks from Country Yarns in Snohomish, WA, and they are now carrying our products! I hope to have a chance to get up to their shop next year and do a show.
I've been crafting my entire life, thanks to my wonderful Grandma Grace. I'm an avid needleworker and reader, who's been knitting, crocheting & sewing since the age of 9 - and I won't say how many years ago that was! Welcome to my blog where you'll find out more about the creation of our products and the people that love them!
